Written out for the entire orchestra, all patterns are to be played in unison and are designed to teach and reinforce knowledge of finger patterns (lydian, major, minor, phrygian) and pitch notes in first position. Students will also develop their intonation, ensemble listening skills, and note reading skills.
Fingerings are clearly marked and half steps are indicated with an "H."
